Overview
AZ Muay Thai & Fitness is a 6,000 sq. ft. training facility that is thoughtfully laid out with our member safety and comfort in mind. The training area features over 2,800 sq.ft. of 1 ¾ inch thick mat space that is wrapped by wall mats, assuring safety while participating in Jiu-Jitsu and MMA classes.
Twins Muay Thai equipment is the official provider of our thai boxing gear, featuring thai pads, kick shields, and mounted upper cut bags that are only found in premier thai boxing gyms throughout the country. Title Everlast supplied our genuine leather heavy bags that are secured at both top and bottom which minimizes swinging and maximizes training area safety.
Workoutz.com was kind enough to provide us with jump ropes, dumbbells, and speed ladders for optimal cross training during boot camp classes.You’ll find that AZ Muay Thai and Fitness has the ideal atmosphere and world class instruction to provide you with the ultimate experience in mixed martial arts training and athletic conditioning.
AZ Muay Thai & Fitness also provides our members with men’s and ladies full shower and locker room facilities. We realize that many of you are on a tight schedule, but still have the need to kick, punch, and sweat away the challenges of the day.
Our schedule was created with our clientele in mind. Classes begin at 5:30 am and are ongoing throughout the day until 8:30 pm. AZ Muay Thai and Fitness challenges you to find another martial arts gym with a schedule as comprehensive as ours. We are here for you!
